So what’s LLM finetuning? An LLM is a pre-trained Large Language Model that has been trained on a massive amount of general text data. ➡ LLM Finetuning is the process of taking this pre-trained model and performing additional training on a smaller, task-specific, or domain-specific dataset to specialize its knowledge and improve its performance for a particular application.
